			I cannot check the company register but looking at the website (which went down at the end of 1998) the company stop trading as Frontier Media Group in 1999.

Frontier Media Group were a marketing agency that produced CD-Roms of Edutainment, Pharmaceuticals and more. They build sports and event-marketing kiosks which could of been a reason why they were interested in the 3DO. (A cheaper alternative to a PC).

This is taken from their website back in 1997:
