I can't find too much information on them, they registered a trademark "Interactive Resources" in 1996, and one of their programmers stated this on his linkedin regarding work he did there:

* Programmed CD-i plug-ins in C and wrote manuals and documentation.
* Authored CD-i applications using Media Mogul Authoring Tool.
* Programmed test suites for windowing API on DAVID platform
