* 1989 - The company, has business dealings with Aldus Corporation by distributing Japanese translated versions of their products in Japan.
* April 1992 - The company formed a joint venture with the Japanese subsidiary Aldus K.K. based in Tokyo.
* 1996 - The company merged with ASCII and became ASCII Something Good Co., Ltd.
* January 1, 1999 - Company's name changed to i4 Corporation.
