Paramount Technology Group appeared on the original Developer list in 1993. It never produced any 3DO games.

Overview

Article on Varity December 14 1992 with states the unit was set up "unofficially" in November 1992 before being official in December of that year. It was set up to "charged with taking the corporation into new business areas through strategic alliances and venture partnerships. Moreover, a “Media Kitchen,” or technology lab, has been set up to create prototype products for the company’s film, TV, theme park and publishing units."

It was the Unit that took a stake in Spectrum Holobyte.

It stopped buying equity stakes in July 1994

Seemed to have been incorporated into Viacom New Media after the buyout by Viacom circa 1994-95
