Thornley Trading appeared on the original Developer list in 1993, but did not publish or develop any 3DO games as they were not a developer, but a games distributor in the UK.

Overview

Thornley Trading were a UK based video game distributor of software and hardware to retailers. I took this of David Ratcliffe's Linkedin, who was a director at the time - "Main buyer and operations director for video game distributor for Sega, Nintendo, Sony, Atari and others to independant stores and national chains. Brand developer of video game accessories."
