Tsuru Tech appeared on the original Developer list in 1993, but never released or produced a 3DO game.

I cant find any information on them apart from being listed on a 1992 "CD-ROM : facilitating electronic publishing" That states they are based in Japan under the address "Tsuru Tech Company Ltd., 4-5-14 Roppongi, Minato-ku, Tokyo"
