Cheaper Super Console Looks A Good Buy
DUE to new competition from Sony and Sega, Panasonic and Goldstar have both reduced the price of the 3DO machines they make.
The 3DO was the first of the CD super consoles but has been let down by a lack of software.
Also, in another twist, the 3DO company itself has sold all the rights to the hardware to Panasonic. This means that Panasonic will solely be responsible for releasing the 3DO M2.
In some places 3DOs can be bought for as little as £199.99. Bearing in mind, that 3DO M2 is supposed to outperform the Sony Playstation by up to 10 times, now is probably as good a time as any to buy a 3DO.
When you consider that the Saturn and Playstation are not upgradable to the newer 64 bit technology, then the 3DO may prove to be a very good buy. indeed.
